"Gold’s Gym, Sector 153, Noida – Unbiased Member Review • This is an unpaid and unbiased review by a gym member • Comparatively much better than other Gold’s Gym branches Overall Experience • Very large gym with a claimed size of around 30,000 sq. ft. • Spacious layout, does not feel crowded • Good ambience and a decent crowd • Suitable for general fitness as well as professional bodybuilding Trainers & Staff (Best Part) • Extremely polite, friendly, and professional trainers • 3–4 general trainers always available on the floor at no extra cost • Trainers greet you, listen to you, and make you feel comfortable • Always open to help and guide properly • Staff behavior is very welcoming and positive Equipment & Training Areas • World-class equipment • All major machines are available • Many advanced machines that are not easily available in most gyms • Two open tracks available for walking, running, or warm-ups…extremely good thing Proper stretching and yoga room Group classes are there with proper instructors Facilities & Comfort • Free coffee and tea machines • High-quality water dispensers • Clean and hygienic washrooms • Steam room and ice bath room available • Proper changing and washroom facilities • Overall facilities are above and beyond expectations Cleanliness & Hygiene • Gym is clean and well-maintained • Washrooms are hygienic and well managed Full time cleaner are available and cleaning all the time Downsides (Minor, as the gym is new) • Swimming pool is not operational yet (construction not started yet and small space allotted mainly for show than operation but still makes sense and good to have) • A few small facilities are currently non-operational due to the gym being new Recommendation • Highly recommended • One of the best Gold’s Gym locations in comparison to others • Great choice for anyone serious about fitness or bodybuilding Special mention Mr. Nikhil Tyagi ji (at the reception).
